Rose's Cantina started in Amsterdam in 1980, with seven tables and an old piano.
The piano was replaced by the guests for a table so more people could eat. Today the restaurant gives place to 280 people but the atmosphere didn't change, although the old piano is gone.
In the summer we have a big patio for outside dining.
We think that you'll find the best Mexican food in the taquerias and the little restaurants in Mexico, where Mexican families make their quesadilla's, taco's or anything else they think of.
We try to make our food the way it should be done. So we use fresh ingredients every day. Also, we are proud to use only American hormone free beef, and freerange chicken and porc. By using the right Mexican spices we are able to let you taste what we think: Real Mexican Food.

Our Solo's and Combo's, starting from Fl. 21.50 -- including Tacos, Enchilladas and Quesadillas
Fajita's: starting from Fl. 31,50 -- Mexican do it your self dish with chicken, beef, porc, fish or prawns, served with tortillas, cheese, sour-cream, beans, salsa, guacamole.
Don't forget the cocktails, we are famous for our margaritas, pina colada's, caipirina's and much more.
