At the base of the New Church is distiller Bootz's samplinghouse
' De drie Fleschjes' (1650). The Assortiment comprises 21 different
liqueurs and 5 brands of dutch Genever, amongst which the famous
corenwijn. Tip van Bootz and Gravenbitter are the specialty of '
De drie Fleschjes' but old dutch liqueurs, such as Half-om-Half
Bitterkoekjes liqueur are served as well. The interior with the
characteristic wall of vats and the sand on the wooden floor is
authentic.
