Heineken Hoek offers a unique view on the Leidseplein. Especially from the pleasant sun-room, the visitors can enjoy the free shows of the many street-artists who choose this famous square. Most of the visitors are tourists or daytrippers. The timeless, relaxed atmosphere makes anyone feel at home at once. Though Heineken Hoek is frequently visited seven days a week, there is always a sheltered spot to find.
The international oriented kitchen is open from ten 'o clock in the morning until one hour to midnight, which provides the possibility to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at a friendly price. The menu varies from simple rolls to comprehensive dinners. Heineken Beer, Wieckse Witte and De Koninck are available as beers on draught, and other beers like Duvel, Geuze and Kriek in bottles.
Heineken Hoek also offers a wide range of wines. Champagne can be ordered by glass. For special occasions like meetings, dinners or parties, Heineken Hoek offers a separated room in the same style of the grand café.
