Machu Picchu is originally a city in the old Inca Empire, in Amsterdam it is the name for a comfortable place to have a smoke after a long journey, or a day walking around in amazing Amsterdam.
Machu Picchu is not the average coffee shop in town. When you enter the place a large Indian invites you to smoke the pipe, a joint, the house bong or a chillum and feel relaxed. On the smoking menu, with special offers, you can make your choice and order some fresh orange juice, tea or a soft drink. Recommended is the home-made space-cake that is baked every day fresh.
During the summer season it is possible for early visitors to order a classic English breakfast to start the day.
For smoking, the Indian preferred the pipe. In Machu Picchu you can buy several kinds of wood and glass. There is also a nice variety in hand made, ceramic chillums. Prices vary from fl 20,- till fl 40,-.
