Mulligans Irish Music Bar

On the banks of the pitoresque river Amstel, right around the corner of the famous Rembrandt Square, you'll find Mulligans Irish Music Bar.

Mulligans is one of the oldest irish bars in town. It has a nice informal atmosphere. You can meet friendly irish or dutch locals and tourists of many nationalities. During the years Mulligans has become a famous meeting place for musicians and artists.

Mulligans has live irish music ( AIFF 230 KB) every friday and saturday night, and very often on wednesdays and thursdays. Check our monthly agenda! Every sunday there is an open irish session in which musicians are welcome to join. (Music and agenda both on another site)

We have Guinness, Kilkenny, Cider, Palm, White Beer and Oranjeboom on tap and the shelves are filled with a large selection of irish whiskeys.

We have a dartboard if you're into a bit of exercise. For the passive sports lovers we provide Setanta Irish Satellite TV, which shows a large variety of live irish soccer, rugby and hurling.

Our address is Amstel 100. You can get to us taking a number 24, 25 or 16 tram from Central Station to Muntplein and walk 100 yards down the Amstel River. Or take a number 4, 9 or 14 from other parts of town to Rembrandt Square.

So, if you want to find yourself in a totally different atmosphere, right in the centre of Amsterdam, come to Mulligans and enjoy a good pint of Guinness, friendly bar staff, live irish music and a bit of "craíc"!
