:) Hans you really rule :D But how do you spot Dutch from
their English ?

I think it is easier for me to recognize Dutch people writing English than it is for foreigners because I know the problems they have. In Dutch we call Dutch/English "steenkolen Engels", literally meaning charcoal English. Because the Dutch and English language are closely related, the Dutch tend to literally translate Dutch sentences into English resulting in charcoal English. So it is mainly from the choice of words I can tell a text is written by Dutchmen or not. Sometimes it is also hard to believe that certain texts claimed to be written by Dutch people have indeed sprung from Dutch minds because the choice of words is very un-Dutch...
