North Sea Towns to Visit

I was wondering if anyone could suggeset a coffeeshop or restaurant/bar that would have a view overlooking the North Sea? The three towns that I have heard of are Harleem, Beverwijk, and Alkmaar...Do these towns even extend to the coastline (it's difficult to judge by the maps that I have looked at)? While in Amsterdam, I really want to get outside the city for a morning and check out another part of Holland that is is less touristy. I would just like to sit inside a nice warm, cozy coffeeshop/bar (It will be November after all) and have a view of the coastline. Thanks for your help!!
Zandvoort is right on the North Sea, however I dont know of any coffeeshops located with a view. As far as I know Zandvoort only has 2 and one is off the main drag, about 2 streets back,, very nice place. I have lots of info about it on my Zandvoort page on virtual tourist.

Here is a link if youre interested:

and then just click on Zandvoort, I also have a page on Haarlem.
