Indica vs. Sativa, Round II

Someone clear me up here. Isn't this discussion like describing
a gin buzz vs. a whiskey buzz or a Heineken buzz vs an Old Style
buzz ( Chicago reference here for all my homies!). I mean, the
active ingredient whether alcohol or THC, and its concentration
is what matters, everthing else is just for taste, smoothness,
etc. Set me straight here.

I think the real difference smoking wise between sativas and indicas is the ratio of THC vs other active cannabanoids. I can't remember exactly how it goes but the ratio also affects both the creeperness (do you come on right away or does it take a few minutes) and also the cereberal upper versus the put you to sleep type of high. Don't indicas come on fast and put you down (body buzz) whereas sativas creep up on you and give a headier buzz.
