Average visitor rating  (4.4 /10 )Write a review Review by a Visitor  cheap and cheerful v good condition, and location Review by stevo cheap and nasty the staff were unfriendly, the room was extremely basic,cramped and untidy. the bathroom was also disgusting and we used the one in the hallway which was only slightly better. also i arose early one morning only to find no-one in the breakfast room and therfore there was no breakfast. and... the advert said there would be tv in the room but there wasn't. i have visited amsterdam on a few occasions and there are far nicer, cheap places to stay - and closer to the centre. Review by a Visitor  worst hotel i've ever stayed in the majority residents of this hotel are the spiders. they will have you pay for your stay up front and if you try to check out, you will encounter a desk clerk who doesn't know how to do it. they will then slam your credit card for the full amount of your proposed stay. the manager will not ever be on the premises, but will be available over the phone to tell you what he won't do for you. do not expect any maid service or even clean towels. i'd give them zero stars if this web site would let me! Review by a Visitor bad beds, cheap furniture, not clean although the room was of decent size, much of that was lost since we hand to move the mattresses off the bed frames since otherwise the shot springs had them sagging almost to the floor in the center. the bathroom had no ventilation until i got up on a chair and cleaned the vent. breakfast was okay for cheese and bread, but in a markedly ugly room. the only thing this dive has going for it is location. it's way overpriced compared to better hotels not too far away. Review by a Visitor from France Attrape touriste par excellence Ne surtout pas se fier aux photos sur le site!!!! pour 80euros par nuit pour deux nous nous sommes, en couple, retrouvé dans une cage à poules où un lit superposé mangeait les 3/4 de la pièce!!!! très pratique et romantique... le jeune homme de la reception nous dit n'avoir qu'une chambre avec un lit double, sur un total de 20 chambres. les wc de l'étage, bouchés, ceux de l'étage en dessous également... Il faut donc descendre au 1er et ce durant 4jours!!!!la douche un jour sur deux froide et des murs en papier maché c'était la première et la dernière fois pour nous Review by a Visitor from Italy Decisamente no!!! Se avete intenzione di prenotare cambiate idea. Prenoterete una cosa e avrete sicuramente delle sorprese al vostro arrivo(in 4 gg ho sentito numerose volte questa lamentela). Stanze piccolissime. Oltre ad essere estrememente indifferenti ad ogni tipo di richiesta, le camere sono microscopiche, fanno overbooking cercando di piazzarti in appartamentini di fortuna e se contesti di danno una camera senza le condizioni pattuite chiedendo comunque che ti paghino come previsto. Le camere, rispetto alle foto sono diversissime, sporche e comn biancheria rovinata. La colazione pessima ed insufficiente, quando finisce il caffè o qualsiasi cosa non viene rifornita. (dovrebbetro fornirla dalle 08.00 alle 10.00,alle nove resti digiuno). Pretendono il pagamento anticipato senza motivo, non registrano i tuoi dati ma se non paghi trattengono i documenti costringendoti a girare senza. Per correttezza un posto del genere, non dovrebbe essere proposto da nessun sito che collochi turisti. Review by a Visitor from Spain Si puedes ve a otro Nada mas entrar ya me queria ir y tenia una larga semana de por medio, el hotel lo unico bueno que tiene es la situacion esta cerca de todo. las habitaciones son penosas, mal acondicionado, sucio y super complicado el subir o bajar de la habitacion a no ser que duermas en la planta baja, el buffet era horrible unicamente a base de salchichon y queso ese era todo el desayuno que te esperaba, cafe y zumo. Si aun te quedan ganas de visitar este hotel te dire que se oye tooodo las paredes son como d carton las ventanas (por lo menos la mia) estaba sujeta por cinta aislante. Bueno en conclusion por favor buscate otro hotel y disfrutar de la ciudad porque eso si merece la pena. Adios. |
