Average visitor rating (7.3 /10 )Write a review ![]() Facilities quite nice, staff not I've recently spent 4 nights at hotel seasons. for a 3 star hotel the accomodation is quite nice. Nice beds, good spaced rooms, 10 minutes walk from center and 1 minute walk from albert huip (can't remember if it is spelled right=) market. But i'm afraid we had bad luck with staff. after first night the room was cleaned ok and beds made. after second night beds made but no cleaning of coffee cups and garbage can. on the third night coffe cups and garbage still unclean but what's worse on it they didn't do our beds, so our room had no cleaning service for our last night. We always woke up at 9 so they had plenty of time. another odd thing is that they made me pay for the accomodation on the check in. This was the only hotel where this happened to me on arrival and not on check out. after that, i asked in the front desk where could i put my stamped postcards and the man offered to put it for me. After 1 month postcards weren't delivered. With 1,5 euro stamp they should have been deliverd in 4-5 days... Not. on our way out we are sure we have forgotten a bag with souvenir on the front desk. After telephoning to the reception they denied... I would love to believe him... But after some dissapointment with all i can't. and don't ask them to call for a taxi for your to the airport. They'll charge extra 12€ for it. Look directly in advance for tca taxis and arrange it for yourself. They have fixed rates, speak english and are polite. =) i still have to say that breakfast was ok as well as ladies helping and serving during breakfast. |
