Took forever to get front-desk attention. staff is/was entirely unavailable. requested non-smoking and view room ~ got smoking and view of parking lot. Smelled bad, opened window, hubby got upset, thought i was going to freeze him out. (we had to stay a week) breakfast is a waste of money. Don't replenish what is eaten. Put yogurt and cheeses under heat lamp. Not worth the 10 or 12 euros. Good coffee however. 2nd key never worked, was told by noon, it was 1:15 pm. beautiful view however. cleaning crew is great. young lady in store is sweet. bed was really quite comfortable. no wash clothes or hairdryer. (1st time i traveled without either, thinking it would be provided. Since they advertise themselves as 4-star hotel) oh and their website @ roompotparken is not secure to book online for english speaking people. (didn't try the others so i don't know) |
