The key for the room didn't work and we had to ask for help several times before we got in. The room was small and really cold. There were handprints on the wall and they looked like it would have been blood or something. Creepy! we had a tv, that didn't work at all. Also the sheets were dirty. shared toilet and shower were ok, small but clean. at one night there were people sleeping on the floor in front of our door, apparently they didn't get in their room either. (thank god we arrived early!) it took ages before anyone came to help them! although the location of the hotel is great (love the area), i won't be going back. I'm sure there are so many better places to crash in a'dam... Even if you think "we didn't come here to sleep, " it just isn't worth the money. |
