Terrible service, even worse cleanliness.
I recently stayed in this "hotel", i think hostel would actually be more appropriate. The problems started as soon as we arrived on the friday, a particularly hot day, and were told that the room was on the 3rd floor. My friend that i was staying with has a heart condition and has had a triple bypass, which is not conducive to carrying bags up three floors, when told this the receptionist, just shrugged and said there were no lower rooms. After entering the room, we discovered that the radiator was switched on! this day was around 30 degrees and they have the radiator on? it was like a sauna, and very difficult to relieve the heat due the windows being very small topside windows that, when open, fouled the curtains and meant you couldn't shut them. No remote control for the television, no beakers in the bathroom, which is not good for people with false teeth or a need to take tablets, as me and my friend both have. And now to top it all off, i discover something had been in the room feasting on me, i came back with about 5 bites that hade risen and were itching and have now developed. And more have since appeared on my other arm, my shoulder and my belly, about a dozen, this could only have been the hotel, as i don't take my top off anywhere else. All in all, i think this place could have been so much better, but it just needs people running it who actually give a damn about the guests. I would advise anyone to seriously look at other hotels before paying these guys to treat you like dirt.
