While the room looked clean the rest was a nightmare. No hot water to take a shower/bath until 1130 at nite. The room faced the southwest and sun baked the room with the shades drawn and the a/c running full blast from 1400 till 2230 it cooled the room to a sweltering 30-31celcius. Finally after shutting off the noisy machine we opened the windows after the sun went down and tried to sleep with the windows/doors open. Which was nice as the balcony was open and anyone on the floor could walk into the room while we were sleeping. For being marked as 4 stars and all the modern comforts is in my opinion a farce. I would be hard pressed to give them a 1 star. They told me i could take a shower in another room from the adjoining hotel and walk back and forth. This was for a room that costs 200 euros for one nite. Going to the economy hotel for a shower i am sorry but if i wanted to stay at the economy hotel i would have booked there and paid a more reasonable price. I brought my wife and son with me to show them a nice time since i am trying to move to the area and wanted to impress them with a nice evening. I have to say this was a terrible trip and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone. While at the desk inquiring about the hot water. Two ladies returned their keys and canceled the rooms. They said they found a place with working a/c. An hour later when i was back at the desk trying to get an answer for the hot water. Another gentlemen had his bags and was checking out at 1930. My guess is another satisfied customer. I will say the desk people were friendly and i will not take out my complaints on them this is strickly a management problem and should be handled by such. Unfortuneately i can not even find a link to the hotel branch with contact info. Amazing they must have gotten so many complaints and shut down the service. |
