Though we've called the reception desk and asked to fix the heater or bring blankets again and again, the reception clerks were not willing to do so and finally they've left us for so long time that my acquaintance caught a cold. Whenever we asked them a question, they were'nt so kind. I will never stay at this hotel again. |
