What a hoot!
We had read the reviews before going and thought - well we haven't paid much - let's see. Well we laughed and laughed - walking up to the hotel from the beach - the nickname - cell block h came to mind. The rooms - they were clean - just tired. The whole hotel looks as though it has fallen out of the 70's - and not had a lot done with it. Most of the staff were friendly - though one lady in the restaurant was ignorant and rude - crossed paths with her. The walk to the room - i had seen someone describe this as "walking the green mile" - thank you to the person who passed that comment - we walked along that corridor quietly say - "walking the mile" and laughing. the whole ambience of the hotel was "old people's home" - however we were treated to 4 coach loads of unter 7's -chaos reined. The town and beach were absolutely fabulous - would i go again - to the place - i don't think the split in my sides will cope with going back to the hotel. We got what we paid for in fairness.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in
Went with my partner for 1 week august 2007. Booked at holiday hypermarket with comos, it was a late booking but very expensive. The place is filthy, and certainly not on the same standard as other 3 star hotels in the resort. Its more like a run down travel lodge for overflow visitors. Only pool available is indoors and is like a smelly greenhouse. Food was of a very poor canteen standard. Cosmos not helpful and after several phone calls which we had to pay for. They offered us alternative accomodation for the cost of £600- £900. What a joke
