We spoke to the gardener and he actually showed us around, he gave us the history of many plants, and also the beginnings of the gardens.........Would not have missed this for the world. We would certainly come back and recommend these gardens to our friends.........Thank you so much for making our day........... Review by Bill  One of the best I've Seen A great garden with a wide variey of plants. Super greenhouse with different climate rooms (tropical/desert/etc). A great place to get away fromn the bustle of the city. Be sure to check out the Butterfly house...a greenhouse full of hundreds of butterflies!! Review by Janine Morra  beautiful gardens, very old botanical garden Nice tranquil place in a busy bustling city, beautiful gardens, old buildings, some plants started around the time the garden was started (around 1650's). Very old plants, tropical gardens in the greenhouses. Nice cafe for a snack or cup of coffee. A nice place to spend an afternoon |
