    i like this place

i think they changed their name and got rid of the coffee counter. now they sell closeout books and whatnots. still, it's got a great location and you always know you will be able to get a terminal. plus you pay for the time you use and can re-use your ticket if you don't lose it.

    going downnnnnnnnnnn

easyeverything has been going steadily downhill for the past 3 years at both the damrak site and the reguliersbreestraat one. last year they were worse than ever - dirty, untidy,no toilet facilities and half the time the computers were down and what's more nobody cared! maybe someone should invite stavros to come and see how his business is going ~ downhill fast!!

not what it used to be

i used the ee location on reguliersbreestraat quite a bit on a recent trip, and while convenient it is not what it used to be. first off it closes at 10pm which was a bit of a pain for communicating back home. also there are not nearly as many computers as there used to be and it can get crowded. you are not allowed to bring food in, but there are a few food machines. the price varied between 1 and 2 euros per hour depending on how crowded it was.

easy everything has gone way down hill

it is a fraction of the size it was when it first opened. they now only have half the computers that they had before. and usually about one third of them don't work. the front area is now sells books at a discount. didn't see anything i would want to read. also, the hours have changed. i believe they are 9am to 11pm. you can only use your easy everything ticket at the easy everything that you purchase it at. no longer can use it at the one near cs.

    it serves its purpose

i noticed on my last vist the attendants were seen more often enforcing the rules. i felt safer and enjoyed the few minutes it took to check my e-mail much more then in previous vists. the price has gone up. now it cost me 1.60 for a 24 hour pass.

ee has gone down a notch from before

this place has gone downhill a notch in the past year for two reasons: 1. they block certain internet sites (is this 1984?). 2. now that the attendants have been replaced with 'atms' the junkies & weirdos seem to congregate here more. 3. no more refreshemnts. is this a prelude to insolvency?

    great value - no waiting

the prices are very reasonable and there's (almost) never a wait for a computer. go late in the evening for the best prices - your money buys more time during off hours. spotlessly clean and comfortable.

    best deals

if you buy your time after 1 am you'll get the best deal and you can use this prepaid time 24 hours a day. also the easy everything location on reguliersbreestraat has a bakery, fruit store, coffee boutique, coffeeshop, smart shop, falafel stand, pizza shop, mcdonalds, burger king, and an alley for a quick toke nearby. toke eat caffeine surf- toke eat surf.

    cheap,numerous terminals,24 hours

5 guilders (2 us bucks) buys you more than 2 hours of surfing time. clean, safe, well lighted, probably 100 terminals with webcams on each one. excellent value close to central station.

    cheap, nice

if you need internet access in amsterdam, go to one of the easy everythings. 2.5 nlg gets you 45 mins of web browsing in the day, 2.5 hours at night. the computers have flat-panel lcd screens and videoconferencing cameras. they also serve refreshments. never again will i use a sticky overpriced coffeeshop computer.
