Excellent value for money and great service at pacific hotel
We stayed in a deluxe room at the pacific for 2 nights. The room we had was a nice size and big bathroom with shower. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and bottled water everyday. The price was very reasonable (with tax approx 55 usd) and included breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at pacific and definitely will stay here again on my next trip.

Excellent value with great service.
This hotel is very clean, modern, and most of all quiet. The location is great - right in the heart of the old quarter and where all the action is. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the buffet breakfast was great and had many choices to choose. I highly recommend pacific hotel. From phillip. Quebec city, canada

We really appreciate our overstay here, the staff was professional, particulary
Hi! we are israela and claire, we're travelling from israel and france and for our first time in hanoi we've been to the pacific hotel. We've been before in thailand and laos and so we try plenty of hotels and guesthouses in those country, we were really glad to get in this new hotel after all the cheap room we've been in. We really appreciate our overstay here, the staff was professional, particulary friendly and very helpful. The hotel is set in right in the middle of the old quarter, near litterature temple. The relationship between price and quality is good, rooms are lovely, very nice decoration and we can use internet, get tea or coffee at any time of the day for free.

A great place
Clean and comfortable rooms against reasonable prices. The pacific hotel is located on a busy street with lots of traffic, but hey, this is the centre of hanoi, so it's something you could expect. A short walk to the hoankiem lake and good restaurants in the near area.

Friendly and courteous service-oriented hotel
If you're a traveler with limited time and need an excellent place to stay at, i'd highly recommend the pacific hotel in hanoi. They have a warm and courteous staff with nice rooms and is centrally located in the city. It is in the old quarter and conveniently close to everything, including shopping, hoan kiem lake, and the train station. what i like the most was the staff and customer service. They always know who you are and greets you with a smile or handshake - they even gave me an unsuspecting early morning wake-up call just so that i would not miss my bus to a tour i've booked through the hotel. speaking of tour, the pacific hotel even custom-tailored designed one person tour for me to sapa on last minute notice. I only had a day to spend in sapa, so mr. Vi nguyen made a couple of calls and was able to book send me overnight via train and i was in sapa the next morning (tickets, meals, transportation, english speaking guide, etc. ). When i arrived at my destination, there was a person there waiting to take me to the meeting point and he introduced me to my local personal guide and we were on our way. i wish i had more time for trekking in sapa (due to time limitation), but got to see what i thought was the essence of it since i was on motorbike the entire day - the culture, scenery, villages, and ethnic tribal people. Overall, i was really impressed with the package and highly recommend it for anyone with a time restraint. neng sacramento, ca. Usa

The worst memory in viet nam
We was staying in pacific for 1 night and right the next day we have to jump out. Room was ok but we was wake up twice in my snap by so stupid call from receptionist to ask if the room is avalable. And from early morning there so much noice by repairing in next door. As they said the price includes breakfast from 6 to 10 however when we be ready there in bar around 8 30am it is empty few fruit and noodle left... It was our bad luck or they are playing with customers?
