Rooms are clean, quiet and with air conditioning, and includes a good breakfast. it is very well located in the center of hanoi, close to hoam kiem lake. the best is the staff, very, very friendly and well organised. they also help you arranged best tours (sapa, halong bay, hanoy city... ) very well organised and very professional. they allow you to keep your luggage in the hotel while you are in the around tours, and when you come back they also allow you to have shower. i really recommend this hotel !!! |
