Basically, if you like to live in the stone ages with cold showers and disgusting bed linen then this is the place for you! pissed up english people all the way, families stay away. If you want to get hammerred every night and pass out the bed will do. If you get lucky and bring a girl back, make sure you go to her hotel!

08/o8/08. What can i say this was the worst holiday ive ever had, the hotel turdin stay away...... Its nothing like its advertised the whole hotel is disgusting the staff unhelpfull and slimey, we arrived late at night with a 7month old baby to be told they were fully booked and had no room for us we were took to another hotel and told to come back in the morning which we did and ad to wait most of the day for our room, when we got in, it was filfy over looked the local scrap yard and stunk of sewrage, the hotel is not family friendly at all no cots or highchairs two flights of steps to pool and two to get in and out of the hotel, its on a very steep hill about 30mins to the town, the food i wouldnt feed to my dog spent alot eating out, every one was complaining all you got was see your tour operater they just didnt want to know but if you were tukish they bent over backwards for you. One week has never felt so long couldnt wait to get home my advise stay far away......

How can i start thıs ıs my worst holıday ın kusadası. I was really dısappoınted by room servıce, food, everythıng. food was lıke a dog shıt, nothıng near to turkısh food, ready-made food, sausages, not fresh at all.. fılthy, dısgustıng rooms, hall. The cleaner comes and clean your room after a whıle. Even she was very aware of that ıs no poınt to clean up. Completely fılty toılet, towels, unımaganable. When i was tehere everyone was complaınıng but keepın quıet. the management was so rude, ırresponsıble. I guess they would open new busıness teherefore they do not care about customers. I would advıce them to close down the hotel do dıfferent busıness, obvıously they are not successful.

Great place to stay
The hotel has recently changed to new management. The staff could not do enough to help. Our children loved them as much as we did. The hotel can not be beaten on customer service. I would recomend it to couples and families a like. Great atmosphere. We loved it.

A very relaxed and enjoyable holiday
We went to the turkin hotel in july 2007 for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff made us very welcome and were extremely polite. the food was basic but adequate as is turkish cuisine!!!!!! the bedroom was basic but clean with free air conditioning, i would definately go and stay in this hotel again.

May suit turkish families
The room appeared basic. 3 hangers in the wardrobe. Free air con. The tv was missing, no fridge. The hotel is on the far end of kusadasi and a dolmus (bus)is needeed to get down to town. Luckily, the main terminus is right outside. There was little warm water available and the toilet did not always fill. 3 towels were provided, all of which were thread bare, marked badly and had large holes in them. The bedding had paint on it and appeared very worn. The pillows were like breeze blocks. Drinks in the hotel were expensive and only 1 staff member spoke english, although they were all friendly. It was a case of point to the drink you wanted, unless it was beer. The cleaner did the room on the 3rd day. She was very pleasant but spoke not a word of english. We went half board. The breakfast was the usual cornflakes or dry bread, chesese, etc. Coffee was undrinkable. Evening meal was turines of cold pre-prepared vegetables, sauces, etc. Hot selection was soup, french fries (inedible), potatoes. We both ate the food being careful to avoid the flies which swarmed on most of it and avoid meat, but both ended up with severe food poisoning. Some turkish guests had their dog in their room with them and brought it into the resteraunt to eat. This caused obvious complaints from other guests. some guests arrived and left immediately to find alternative accomodation. Another lady cried her eyes out, but could not afford to go elswhere. We were only there for a week, so put up with it. the hotel was pretty empty, and this did not suprise us. We will certainly not go there again.

Over rated and not european tourist friendly
The hotel is situated high on a hill, 30 mins walk down to kusadasi. The photograph illustrated is not the hotel in kusadasi, but very similar. First let down, no hangers in the wardrobe, the tap water smells strongly of hydrogen sulphide (rotten eggs/stinkdamp), room service is infrequent the first time they came was after 6 full days, and only 3 times in the next 8 days (believed because we tipped the maid on the 1st time). On the sixth day of our 14 day stay everything was closed, the bar, the cafe, the sunloungers and chairs removed from the pool, and the pools filter system turned off. This was on the 24th september, still inside the summer season. ! communication with staff is difficult, as only one or two have any english.. All meals are of turkish cuisine with no variation, and meals are served according to the amount of guests staying at the time.. Ie:- plated and served with no choice at all. Soup, main course and desert all being served at the same time. Sometimes had to ask for drinks several times! eating and drinking in the rooms is forbidden even when their cafe/bar remains closed. In summary probably a b&b for the turkish, and not a tourist hotel..
