Great Place; Lovely Ladies
I was fortunate enough to make it to La Tertulia about a two (2) weeks ago. Really enjoyed the hospitality and the great coffeeshop food while gazing out the 2nd story window. Had some of their Jack Herrer and really enjoyed it! Took a home made weed brownie back to the hotel for the wife, she said it was the best tasting coffeeshop edible with good effects that she had ever had. However, she wouldn't share so I had to go back and get one for me!

Lovely Place, Great Weed, Great View, Sweet Service
What a nice change of pace this is. With a picture-postcard location on the Prisengracht canal, this 2-story beauty with canal-side seating is a destination for actual adults who like great weed and an almost family-style atmosphere. Much of their menu comes via Soma Seeds, one of the most respected growers in Amsterdam (and the world!). I tried some of the Kushadelic and Amnesia Haze. Both organic, delicious, and mind-blowing, albeit in different ways. I always sat in the 2nd level at the table closest to the window. Lovely days so I just stared out at the canal. Lovely greenery and plants everywhere. I believe a family owns this and they're all put to work. The lady who does most of the lifting is so sweet and nice that one genuinely wants to become friends with her. Stay for any decent length of time and you're bound to have a very pleasant chat w/her. This is the perfect antidote to the Barney's and Grasshoppers of A'dam. Come, smoke great weed, feel like an adult again, and then walk out onto one of the most picturesque places in the world: The Prisengracht canal!

Like gramma's kitchen
A unique coffeeshop. Very bright and open. I beleive it is owned and run by women. two floors with the second being your basic bar tables and chairs, nothing fancy. A nice homey vibe though and a fine menu for food or smoke. In the winter its the closest you'll get to a feeling of sitting out on the sidewalk in the summer. Check it out. Nice people
